Краткая инструкция определения структур ячеек.

Община - имеет другое значение - отождествление  внутри организации (общины) собственной структуры в действиях  направленных  в самой организации. А ячейка часть целого, причем ячейка может отожествляться   как  множеством людей, так и одним человеком, в общей идеи этого целого.

Община имеет юридическое  надзорное - зависимую структуру от государства, а ячейка может возникать не от куда и распадаться на множество ячеек (учитывая бытовое состояние членов ячейки).

1- Структуру ячейки, формируют сами члены ячейки, без согласия центра  - это даёт повод к творчеству, что позволяет осуществлять коррекцию  самим управление вектора направлений.

2- Центр управления ячеек - может быть, что или кто угодно, да же значимая информация (общая идея) на период возникновения ячеек,  полнее послужит основной изначальной  точкой (центром) создания структур ячеек. 

3- Общая идея - выражения основного принципа  жизни общества  (в данном случаи)

при выборе цели.

4- Цель общей идеи: 

Цель может быть как «минимум» - это  решение локальных проблем и корректировка и действие ячейки к цели «минимум», как периодичность алгоритма  достижения общей идеи. 

Цель может быть как «максимум» - это решения и корректировка действий всех ячеек, через информацию построения фрактальных действий  в будущее, как достижения цели общей идеи в целом.
